We are looking for an energetic and engaged Community Manager who will be responsible for setting up, activating, and managing the community around our club nights. You will be the point of contact for visitors and community members, and play a key role in strengthening our identity and overall experience.
Your responsibilities:
- Building and expanding the Het Sieraad community
- Recruiting new community members and maintaining existing relationships
- Coordinating promotional activities within the community
- Organizing and guiding community events
- Acting as a bridge between visitors, community members, and club management
- Contributing ideas for creative concepts and the development of our programming
- Presence at all of Het Sieraad’s own club nights is required
We are looking for someone who:
- Is between 21 and 30 years old
- Has a strong network in Amsterdam’s nightlife scene
- Has an affinity with marketing, communication, or event organization
- Has work experience in nightlife (a plus)
- Speaks both Dutch and English
- Thinks creatively and proactively
- Is socially skilled, independent, and punctual

YOU AS A BARTENDER
As part of our bar team, you’ll pour, serve, and create unforgettable nights for our guests. During our events, you’ll prepare drinks and serve them swiftly once the party starts. You’re quick to make friendly contact with guests and ensure your bar station stays clean and organized. And you won’t be doing this alone! You’ll run the bar together with a team of ambitious yet fun colleagues.
WHO YOU ARE:
- You’re 21 years or older.
- You have hospitality experience, preferably as a bartender.
- You have knowledge of different drinks.
- You can easily collaborate and communicate with different people.
- You thrive in fast-paced evenings and handle stress well.
- You enjoy working in a team.
- You’re happy—or rather excited—to work evenings and nights, surrounded by great (and loud) music.

Meanwhile, you’ll help keep the venue clean by picking up cups and other waste along the way.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Event Intern to join our team. During this internship, you’ll have the opportunity to be involved in the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events.
Job Description:
- Assisting in the planning and execution of events
- Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and performers
- Supporting event logistics and on-site operations
- Ensuring smooth communication between team members during events
- Assisting with event setup and breakdown
- Providing support in administrative tasks related to event organization
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing an MBO or HBO degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
- Affinity with the event and nightlife industry
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems quickly
