Schwarzmann gigs are unique opportunities to catch Henrik Schwarz and Âme’s Frank Wiedemann joining forces.  

A decade after setting a new standard for live sets on a memorable night at Club Trouw, the German icons take it to the Sieraad stage on Saturday, March 16. 

Tech House bombshell Cincity (Awakenings, Thuishaven) and Trouw and De School founder Olaf Boswijk join the line-up.  

Little more about Henrik Schwarz! From Jazz musician to electronic music producer who is taking the big stages all around the world, this is Henrik Schwarz.

Known for his live sets, where he often incorporates improvisation and live musicians to bring his music to life. Also succesfully maintaining a balance between classical, jazz, soul, techno and house acid. His approach is very diverse, because he mixes electronic music with spiritual jazz, which is uncommon. Additionally he takes it to a step further with timeless remixes, incorporating live instruments to create dynamic sounds.

He is widely respected from Coachella to Sonar, Dekmantel, Movement and Love International. In 2019, Henrik won a Libera Awards with the Metropole orkest for the best classical album award. He created the song, ‘Counter Culture’, because he didn’t want to complain about all the bad, weird and absurd stuff that’s happening in the world. Instead, he made an ambitious, positive protestsong. Nowadays he says he aims to introduce a certain level of chaos, ensuring his improvisational remixes are never boring.
